Service Provider Focus, as the name implies, is a section of this site where we hunker down with a consultant, integrator or reseller of archive-related services to understand the role of the archive service provider, to explore the operations of the archive channel (how products reach consumers), to define the vetting criteria for selecting a service provider and measuring the outcome of his or her service and support, and just to get to know some of the names and faces of people who are helping organizations organize their storage "junk drawer" better.

If you are a service provider -- whether a consultant, integrator, reseller or outsourcing service provider, and you want to be part of our Service Provider Focus section at AMO, please contact us.  You will receive a questionnaire via email, and in some cases a follow-up telephone call or possibly an in person visit, to provide you with a bully pulpit to describe what you do.  If you are a service consumer and have had a good experience with a service provider, please notify him or her of this opportunity to express his or her views.
